The tale of why Mohammed has a National Holiday in Fiji and Ratu Sukuna does not

The makabuna came around today to visit their Nau and one of the teens asked me why Ratu Sukuna , a true son of Fiji doesn't have a National Day in Fiji , but a vulagi's (foreigner) deity does.

Luvequ's - very good question which was very hard to answer, so I came up with my own little fable .

As young kids , Ratu Sukuna and Prophet Muhammed were listening to a tyrant called Kaiyum reading a Bible story. 

Kaiyum read: "The man named Lot was warned to take his wife and flee out of the city , but his wife looked back and was turned to salt." 

Concerned, Ratu Sukuna asked: "What happened to the flea?".

Isa ko Ratu Sukuna - he was put in the naughty corner for worrying about the poor little fleas and Prophet Muhammed won the right to a National Day of Holiday in the fiefdom of Fiji because the tyrant liked that he took the story in with a grain of salt and chose to keep quiet about our Lot in Fiji .
