Protest against Fiji Regime in Wellington

PROTEST AGAINST FIJI SECURITY FORCES BRUTALITY

From Sai Lelea's Blog :

This is an open invitation to all CONCERNED FIJIANS and NZers who would like to show support for ordinary Fijians in what they are going through under the current Bainimarama Regime.

Yesterday in the New Zealand Parliament, all political parties supported a motion by Labour MP, Phil Goff, condemning the brutality of the Fiji security forces as shown on the video now circulating around the globe. CLICK HERE FOR News REPORT!

You are all invited to show your support for the victims and families of all those who have been abused and tortured by the FIJI SECURITY FORCES by joining a peaceful protest on

WHEN : Friday the 15th of March 2013
WHERE : outside the FIJI HIGH COMMISSION, Pipitea Street, Thorndon, Wellington.
TIME: 1pm - 3pm

Come and join other New Zealanders who want to show they are not in support of the inhuman treatment of Fiji citizens. There will be speakers to speak to us and you will be able to share your views about what is happening in Fiji.

Bring your family and friends and hope to see you all there. Let us together show our support for those back home in Fiji as they themselves are not able to protest. Let us also remember them in our prayers and  pray for a good day on Friday.

See you there and God Bless.
